Monroe Medical Center provides comprehensive care for all patients, from newborns to adults.
The team at Monroe Medical Center provides services including:
- Acute illness appointments
- Adult vaccinations
- Cancer Prevention Program that identifies and supports patients who have an increased cancer risk based on family history or genetics
- Checkup
- Complete physical – For this hour-long appointment, patients will be mailed a health information packet to be completed and brought to the appointment and will complete lab work two days before the appointment
- Coumadin/Protime – These appointments are scheduled with our nurse on patients for whom we manage their Coumadin
- Emergency room and hospital stay follow-up care, as requested
- Gynecological exams
- Joint injections
- Lab work – All lab work is drawn on our patients only with our doctors’ orders only
- Pap smears
- Pre-op physical (a requirement)
- Wart and skin tag removal
- Well-child checkup – Immunizations will be given as needed
