I had a very good experience with my providers

had to wait almost half a hour in the exam room before I was seen. I feel this was too long.

I was on hold for the telehealth and it said it was idle too long and disconnected me . I went back to the link and logged in again and waited almost half an hour. I called the office twice to see if I still had the appointment and no matter which prompt I chose, I only got voicemail. You should have someone to actually answer the phones instead of sending everyone to voicemail. I needed to talk to someone and couldn't reach anyone.

I felt very comfortable with Alison and she did a great job listening to my concerns and giving me good responses and information.

Alison is very thorough in her questioning of your symptoms and takes the time to listen to you. She explains everything in detail and is always very pleasant.

We like Alison but we were to be there at 8:45 and we had to wait until 10 of 10 until she came in. That's unacceptable.

When I see this medical person, she is almost always running late. I'm instructed to be there 15 minutes before my appt. She wanders in at least 20-25 minutes after my appt. time. Add this to having to be there 15 minutes early, and she's wasting my time.

Had to sit in waiting room for 15-20 minutes. Then was taken to examining room, doctor took forever to come in. She was very late. Was very unprofessional to be this late

A continuing problem exists In trying To contact a nurse to talk to in the Office. I don't appreciate that this Problem has existed for the last three Years.

Dr Barkman was extremely helpful. She listened and discussed all my concerns and options. I felt that she was very concerned that I get the right diagnosis. It was so nice not to feel rushed and that my physician actually listened to my concerns. It's rare!!

frist time on phone appointment OK

Getting an appointment in reasonable time was initially difficult. I finally involved my Nurse Navigator to get an earlier appointment. I do understand that most physicians are having to schedule far out. However I am having a bleeding issue and, as a cancer patient, wasn't comfortable waiting 6 weeks.

This provider was good. The medical industry as a whole is very backed up and they over scheduled. I OK to wait several months to get an appointment as long as I know when my turn comes up, the appointment will be on time and not have to wait an hour once I get there. For this appointment, I did not have a long wait when I got there. It's also annoying with the industry that as a patient, I might have to wait 40-60 minutes to see the doctor, but if I'm 10 minutes late for my appointment, I have to pay and reschedule.

As usual this provider and his staff are top notch.

Always friendly & comfortable with all employees. Alison was very compassionate & understanding & caring. Took time to hear what I said & what she felt was best for my situation. New plan started & we'll see how it works. I'm very pleased.

Exceptional Experience. Very Intenative to all my concerns and issues.

I was sent to Miami Valley hospital because they told me that they would be the only place to get the needed procedure. But they could not do it. Spent 2 days in the hospital and no answers.

Alison shows a lot of compassion to her patients!

It took several months to get into the provider and it will be two months before I can have the tests that were ordered completed. That is frustrating but I guess it is normal
