Excellent treatment

Fantastic Dr. The guy is very busy but somehow makes it all happen. Very good at his job and is super friendly. The staff is chill and it seems to be a good working environment. Everyone wants to make sure you are comfortable and understand what's going on. My surgery went as planned and finished on time just as he predicted during our first visit. Would highly recommend him if you need a good surgeon.

Dr. Hicks is very professional and knowledgeable about discussing and evaluating my plastic surgery and future plans. This visit I waited 45 minutes in the patient room which was the longest time I have ever waited. I think he had a busy day with appointments that sometimes cannot be avoided. His expert advice is worth the wait. He genuinely cares about his patients.

Dr hicks was amazing took very good care of my husband.

I wish he was not as busy as he is because I am very excited to move on with my procedure.

My wait was a little long but they kept me informed about the wait. When I did get to a room he was right there. He explained everything in detail and showed me all the options I would have. He explained each option very thoroughly and I loved it. If I do decide to do it he will definitely be the one I choose to do it.

Earlier this year I had a bilateral mastectomy due to breast cancer. Dr. Hicks performed the reconstruction of my breasts. His work is masterful!! Of course, his medical expertise was of primary importance. But Dr. Hicks is also a very warm and caring doctor who listens and carefully explains everything. I couldn't be happier with my new breasts. He is the best! And his entire team, from check-in to check-out and his medical assistants are so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I am so happy that my PCP referred me to Dr. Hicks!!!!

I have been coming here since I had breast cancer in 2014. I have had nothing but a great experience. I have absolutely no complaints.

When the surgery is completed I'll be a better judge..

I had told the the receptionist that every Dr office calls my insurance. The lady looked at me and said I don't do that. You have too. I then explained to her my health insurance told me as long as my physician sends them the bill. It will get paid. She had nothing to say to me.

They had difficulty accessing my Epic records from KHN so I had to complete paper forms with my history and meds. Would have been nice to do this ahead of time on a MyChart request.

Everyone that works in this office is so very nice. The office is run very smoothly. The office girls are so kind and very good at their jobs. Every time I have come there has been a minimum wait and Dr. Hicks has bee very informative and professional.

This is not on Dr Hicks . However there is not near enough parking for the cancer center. I have always had to park in an adjacent lot , and for this appointment it was pouring rain . I feel bad for the more sickly cancer patients having to park so far away!

They are always on schedule, no long waiting.

I'm looking forward to getting the procedure done.

Dr. Hicks showed me the x-rays from the er and explained where my breaks of my nose and check are and why no treatment is needed at the present . He is an excellent Dr. who takes the time to explain to his patients!!

Dr Hicks is very personable and doesn't use medical terms when conversing with you. He speaks to you normally and you will be definitely aware of what you are getting! He is a very respectful and personable.

This was my first appointment with this doctor, therefore, I can only reply with medium range scores. His inside voice overwhelms the small examination office, my personal preference is for an indoor voice when occupying an indoor room. He came recommended to me by a licensed dermatologist, so at this time I can't personally assess his medical technique. This is where patient trust is important. There are long lead times for a new patient appointment as well as for a procedure appointment. I trust this is because doctor is a well versed in his medical craft. I like shorter lead times; however, I accept that what it is, is what it is; i.e.; heavy patient load.
