About Jon E. Sulentic, DO,MSc

A graduate of Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Sulentic completed his residency and fellowship training in Sports Medicine at Michigan State University. Dr. Sulentic is the former team physician for Michigan State University and currently serves as the team physician for Madison Local Schools. He specializes in non-surgical orthopedic sports medicine and musculoskeletal injuries. Dr. Sulentic is a former professional cyclist, currently participates in competitive soccer and enjoys spending time with his family.

Dr. Sulentic is a Credentialed ImPACT® Consultant trained in treating concussions as well as administering and interpreting the ImPACT® test.
