I really liked conversing about my problems and there connection to reason I was seeing Dr Wolfe. Easily talked to him, he to me. Very understandable.

Premier had moved the check in on the second floor and provided NO signs or directions to new check in. Walk back down stairs to find out where check in had been relocated. Really poor management !!!!!!

Dr. Wolfe is very knowledgeble and personable. He explains medical issues in terms a non medical person can understand.

Dr. Sanford Wolfe listened and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with him as a physician. It was very difficult to get an appointment .with him. There are not enough specialists in his field.

The visit was fine and like most visits. Only issue was they changed to a different suite and we were not notified. We were at the front desk across from the elevator for 10 minutes with no one there. Usually there is someone there. I assume if there had been they would have told us Dr. Wolfe was now across the hall. There were signs for other offices on the main reception desk across from the elevator, but none regarding Dr. Wolfe. Mom has a hard time standing so I had her sit down. I walked down the hall. Dr Wolfe was on the right hand side and there were no signs on his door. So I walked back down to the desk across from the main desk and called the office. At that point one of the two girls that were at the office came out and called us down the hall. Dr Wolfe had moved across the hall. A sign ANYWHERE would have been appropriate. It was 1:58 when I called the office. The appointment was for 2. If they were not going to put out signs it would have been nice if they were watching for us. When I said something to the 2 front girls said it was their first day in the new office. Perhaps that would have been a clue to them that they should have put signs up letting patients know Dr Wolfe had moved across the hall and given his new suite number. I asked if they had just opened after lunch and was told no, they had been there in the morning. Takes 2 minutes to make a sign. Not very considerate for the patients. When we left the office we noticed they did finally put a sign on the main desk across from the elevator. The funny thing about the sign was that they said Dr Wolfe's office was at the end of the hall. Might have been smarter to say that Dr Wolfe moved across the hall and given the new suite number. Especially since his old office was also at the end of the hall on the opposite side. The MA was great and I've been taking mom to see Dr Wolfe for years since my dad died in 1999.

The doctor is very soft spoken and my mom (the patient) can't hear what he says. I (her daughter and PoA) talks to dr and takes notes for mom. I can hear dr fine.

He is an excellent Rheumatologist and being his patient, I have the obligation to understand and manage my situation appropriately. Dr. Wolfe always takes time to listen to my concerns and offers a couple of ways to deal with them. He examines my joints at every visit and seems to sincerely care about my health.

Dr Wolfe is one of a kind! He really cares, and is very thorough in his evaluation, and treatment options.

Dr. Wolfe is always very good with checking my recent bloodwork and other appts and results. He cares about me as a patient and is very easy to talk to. He is a good listener and helps me know things I should do to keep moving and helping myself keep fit with my arthritis. He gives great support and suggestions.

I know that to learn my test results I need to use MyChart. I usually have difficulty signing in and often just give up on the whole procedure. I wish someone would just call me to inform me of any concerns. I guess in today's world that is an inconvenience.

My provider and my nurse were amazing. I hope to continue seeing both of them . They were super nice and informative. The girl that checked me in, she was not nice. Very rude and when trying to speak to her, she would interrupt and acted very snotty.

Dr Wolfe was very kind and spent over an hour with me reviewing my condition and test results. This visit was for a consult and the results were sent via My Chart to my PCP.

I only had one issue I sent my long term insurance papers in the mail and they never received it. He said if it goes to a different office it gets trashed. So he said to fax it next time.
