Dr. V goes over everything each and every visit. She's always wanting to make my living the best possible when it comes to what I see her for. I'm very happy and pleased that she's my Neurologist.

I had an early morning appointment but still had to wait over 30 minutes. Doctor was testing my visual field but covered her own eye instead of asking me to cover an eye.

Dr. Venkatesh was very helpful in adding to my understanding of my Parkinsonism diagnosis.

When I need to change my appointment due to certain last-minute problem, they offer next appointment in 3-4 months, but when they need to change appointment for some reason, they offer next appointment within a few days or most a week. How ironical is that?

Doctor was 45 minutes late for appointment

She didn't listen to me . She didn't read my old dtr freeman notes prior to seeing me . . No explanations on why mri and nothing about arm pain

This "provider" is a physician with significant training and experience and should be referred to as Doctor or Physician. Provider is a generic, denigrating term which could be used for much less qualified people. Please refer to physicians with the title that they deserve.

I was very impressed with the thoroughness of Dr. Venkatesh in her exam and questions to determine the exact nature of my condition. I look forward to continuing under her care!

Wait time was minimal. Provider reviewed last appt before going on to test results and what she recommended for me. A very personal provider.

The medical assistant, who kept wanting to take my blood pressure, had the monitor wrapped so tight around my wrist that it hurt. I told her I did not want that and that it was making me nervous and it pinched. I tried to loosen it and she tightened it back up as a result, My blood pressure was high. Just need not have happened if she would have simply relaxed a bit.

I am extremely impressed with this physician. I have not experienced such thoroughness during an initial exam for a very long time. I feel I am in very good hands and as I said above I am extremely confident in the care I received in the practice and my future care. I also would like to mention the courtesy and welcoming attitude of all staff I encountered during this initial visit. Thank you does not seem enough!
