I really liked Heather. She was kind and she listened. Explained well what she thought was going on and her recommendation for treatment. Seemed sincere in wanting me to let her know how I was doing.

I wish that the reasoning for the drug prescribed had been explained as well as its possible side effects. I had to follow up with my child's regular doctor for a second opinion (he adjusted the amount of the drug prescribed) before I was comfortable administering it to my child.

Ms. Brahm was friendly, courteous, informative and professional.

I have had the best experience here. Since Covid. My other physicians have always had issues with scheduling and treatment. Also customer service has been very underwhelming. I have since switched to Surecare and this has been a wonderful. Everything here makes going to the doctor easy and seamless. Customer care is on point and treatment is outstanding.

Heather is a wonderful provider. She truly cares about her patients and listens. Also, the lab was closed but the phlebotomist was still there and drew my labs for me though she didn't have to and I'm so grateful for her kindness and saving me a trip! I wish I knew her name but she was so kind and really went above and beyond to do that though the lab was closed.

I really love the team here. I am on my 2nd doctor and the nurses/ staff are wonderful. While I was there it appeared someone found out through a patient, they may be getting fired. This isn't the first time I have over heard conversations about office management. My first doctor mysteriously disappeared and no one could say why. It doesn't seem like a safe and supportive place to work. If there weren't amazing providers I love to support, I would've left a long time ago. I do not like supporting a company who doesn't support their staff.
