Only the most excellent care and I have grown to expect this every time. I have never been disappointed !!!

I am very fortunate to have Tricia Neu as my medical provider. She is excellent, very knowledgeable and kind. The receptionists and nurses are always kind and get on a problem right away. You never have to wait 24 or more hours to receive a call back. Monroe Medical center works hard to be accommodating

Love Tricia Neu, best NP in the world. Very knowledgeable of my conditions. She has helped me tremendously with seeing "specialist" who specialize in illnesses that I have had. Please, never get rid of her, I would not just see anybody. The staff are great also, everyone is so friendly, & make you feel welcome, always smiling faces, no grumpy hateful people.

The receptionist greeted me by name,... Wow! That is a big change from the usual scowl that says "what are you doing here?" Dr. Neu is an excellent provider and very helpful with her expertise in diabetes care.

Mom waited an hour to see the NP, then we were referred to a podiatrist after which I have to file an ethical complaint with the state board regarding how he treated my mother in the examination examination room. Not really impressive

Love, Love, Love Tricia Neu! She answers your questions, listens to our concerns and thoroughly checks our lab work. If she has a concern - or we have a problem - she explains it without talking down to us. My husband needed to see a specialist caused by a kidney stone and wasn't able to get in for 2 months. Tricia, on her own time was able to get him in to another practice within a week! If that's not caring for a patient... what is?

And that's a wonderful feeling knowing they care enough always to do their best for their patients and families.

I can't express how much it means to me that Tricia Neu always remembers what I have gone through in the last 3 years in life. Not just the medical issues but my personal issues as well. Dr. Neu listened to me and talked to me so that I understood what was being told me! Made me more comfortable with being in a doctors office then I have ever been! That in 6 months my a1c and triglycerides have come down. My provider at tri health did not treat me with the same respect. Greatest move I have made in a long while.
