I needed a certain prescription of Ozempic, he will not give it to me, my insurance pays for Ozempic for 90 day at 84 dollars and right now I have to pay 420 per month for it now.

Dr. Koch did a thorough annual physical assessment, both verbally and hands-on, efficiently and effectively. He addressed all my comments and questions, clearly understanding my situation and history. He was well-aware of past and current results from specialists and clearly interpreted and integrated the various findings, showing and explaining the numbers. We discussed various follow up test options and agreed on a good path. I very much felt listened to.

Dr Koch provided advice on every little ailment I mentioned during my wellness check which I appreciated. Also the appointment was right on schedule (no waiting or delays).

I enjoy Dr. Koch's style and his methodical approach to diagnosis and treatment. He's very thoughtful and engaging.

This was my 2nd time seeing Dr. Koch. I like that he engages when talking (no distracting iPad). I like that he listens. I like that he genuinely "gets" me, as that is number one on my list.

Dr Koch, was very attentive to my concerns of my medical issues in the past, he listened when I was talking, and he ordered blood work that I needed to get back on track with my condition. The only thing I had a problem with, I have started a new job and the receptionist wants me to come when she wants me to come and I can't do that. A wellness visit is not important to me enough to not wait a couple extra months when I am off work, I work for a private school and no one to replace me. As far as Dr Koch, very good Dr and Very thorough.

When I arrived in the reception area an older gentleman came in looking for a different doctor's office. It was an office that used to be in the building. The receptionist was helpful. She looked up the new address online, called for directions, and told them the patient would come soon. I thought this was exceptional customer service for someone who wasn't even a patient.

The facility is close to me; but has many locations to choose from. I like the open honest answers and suggestions Dr. Koch gives! His referral people were quick to set me up with appts also! I'm very happy with my doctor and his staff!
