The office staff is friendly, efficient, and very helpful. No waiting. I love Tiffany Karas. She is always happy, thorough, listens to me, answers my questions. She always tells me what my options are and makes sure I get my test results quickly. I have been going to this practice for over 50 years, I have been seen by a long list of doctors and nurses. I have nothing but praise for the whole team!

Tiffany is very good at making you feel at ease. She asks the right questions. She understands the problem you are there for & she knows how to treat it. If I need to go at the last minute, I know she works Wednesdays & that's when I'll try to go. She also is a very nice person.

I would like to commend the staff member who answered my phone call and both nurses who listened to my medical problem and concern. They were all very kind and understanding. This was the first time I had met Dr, Karas. She was very caring and explained my medical issue thoroughly. Thank you.

I love my doctor. She is always listening and gives me her best opinion of what I need to do. I wish she had more availability but I'm hopeful that will change in the future.

I love this practice! Tiffany is my main PCP but any one of the other providers are equally great! All of them are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, great listeners! All the office staff are helpful and warm. I have been going here since 1970 so I have seen a lot of them come and go. And I plan to stay with them for the foreseeable future!

Things were explained, asked if I had any questions, didn't fell rush and good lessoner.

My first time seeing PA Tiffany. She was listening and focused on my neck and shoulder pain. I received an X-ray and prescription same day. I am looking forward to hearing her analysis of my X-ray next week

We have been patients of Englewood Family Practice for years and the care is exceptional. The only issue is trying to get a same day appointment for emergent issues. If you call at 7am there are supposed to be appointments available for this but many times we have to see an alternate provider. Sometimes this is fine but sometimes it's not.
