I would have liked the surgery date to be sooner than it is but it is a busy practice and they would move me up if it could be.

Dr Metze performed surgery on me. From my first appointment , and appointments leading up to surgery, the surgery, and post operation appointments, Dr Metze and his whole staff made me fill very comfortable and informed.

This was my first visit. I was very impressed with the facility. Wonderful I didn't have to sit in a typical waiting room. Plus they called me in within a minute of arriving despite being early. I appreciate how respectful and understanding Dr Metze and his assistant were to me.

Dr Metze was very understanding and thorough. He explained everything about the exam and explained my options for treatment. He took his time and didn't make me feel rushed. He listened to all my questions, concerns and opinions about my situation and I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Metze was very kind and caring. So we're the nurses. There was some misunderstanding since I was the first appointment and the doors did not open until that time. It would have been nice to have a sign on the door stating what time they opened. I usually arrive 15 minutes prior to my scheduled time out of courtesy to staff and doctors or to fill out paperwork. This was not possible because of being the first appointment of the day. I double checked with the complex receptionist and came back upstairs to wait in hallway.

No appointment needed at this time. Dr Metze & his nurse were awesome.

It was a very pleasant experience. I was impressed with the employees I encountered. They were kind and helpful. Dr. Metze listened to me regarding my condition and what I had been going through. He explained in detail and terms I could understand of how he will determine the cause of my problem and possible treatments. I left his office with complete confidence that he will be able to help me.

Most times when I go to a Dr. I feel rushed through an appointment. I didn't feel this way with Dr. Metze. He really put me at ease.

The service and recommendations were courteous, competent, and clear.

Dr Metze was a very good physician and explain things to me in a way I could understand, but after I went on Google I found out information that I was not aware of just yet and had me a little confused about the procedure that interstim would like to speak to him again once the procedure is confirmed by insurance provider

Dr Metze was thorough and respectful on this first visit; he explained well after listening to my concerns. My urologist retired during Covid and I am thankful for this new practice accepting me as a patient to deal with my chronic issues.

My appt was a little further out than what I would have liked but the care & attention I received during my appointment is rated a 10. I would definitely use this Doctor & facility again.

Dr. Metze sat down and talked to me. He answered all my questions concerning my health. It was hard to get in for an appointment because, most doctors are extremely busy these days.

No, I've reviewed Dr Metze before. He is excellent, aside from the fact the his fee for my LAST experience (removal) of the INTERSTIM sacral nerve stimulator appears to have a balance even though I have three (3) insurances! I dread trying to figure this out! This did not happen before with the implant surgeries. Another insurance mystery.

Everybody was very pleasant and accommodating. Only negative I have is, as I was reading through my charts it was stated in 2 different spots that my weight was discussed. This actually never happened. Nothing was said about my weight having anything to do with my bladder prolapse.other then that I had a very good visit.

Dr. Metze did not rush my mother in any way and took his time to answer her questions and re-explain any questions or concerns that she had or that I had daughter). My mother is very timid about seeing a GYN doctor and he was very tuned into that fear and maintained her privacy as well as her modesty.
