Dr Pedoto and staff were warm and welcoming. I didn't feel a bit rushed and he talked directly to me and asked several times did I have any questions regarding the suggested treatment. I can't remember the last time I visited a physician and felt so respected as a patient. In fact, I sang his praises to my husband, as a man that showed compassion and respect for my concerns.

Receptionist in the entrance of 30 E. Apple St. was most helpful in trying to get a taxi for me after my car was towed from the $3 lot across the street. Thanks for her help.

The front desk associate was excellent. She even protected PHI while speaking to someone over the phone while I was waiting to check out. The doctor was excellent. The lady who brought me back to the exam room did not meet my expectations. When I inquired about Dr Pedoto doing the EMG test on my arms I was told I needed to get another referral from my PCM. (I came in for my legs to be evaluated). The lady then said, "Just make sure you ask your PCM to request Dr Pedoto because the other doctors aren't that good at this" This was a horrible thing to state to a patient already nervous and anxious. This particular lady had long brown curly hair. Her desk was diagonal from the person who greeted me when I walked in.

I was referred to this provider and I have to say he was definitely a good choice, he was very kind and I was very pleased with him. Usually I get someone that just wants to hurry up and get their job done without a compassionate bone in the being. This was a completely great experience.

I was scheduled for and EMG and NCS w/Dr. Pedoto. I was extremely nervous coming into the appt as I almost always pass out during medical testing. I let Dr P know and he was extremely kind about it. He was very gentle and distracted me during the procedure by making friendly, calm conversation. I was 100% sure I would pass out from the procedure and I didn't even come close. I 100% attribute this to Dr. Pedoto. I was extremely impressed with his bedside manner, gentleness during a somewhat uncomfortable procedure and explanation of test and results. I highly recommend Dr. Pedoto. He is an absolute asset to the Premier system! I can't speak highly enough about him!

Would have like to know more about my condition if it is not nerve damage then what is the cause of my pain on the right side of my neck that sometimes extends to my scapula, my shoulder & upper arm down to my thumb.
