Took my husband in for his regular appointment. The nurse looked at me and said girl you need help. I had an acid reflux early that day. The doctor checked me out and put me on several pills and doubled my meds that I take at night. I'm doing much better thanks to them.....

The girl at check in apparently doesn't know how to read the copay on the insurance card, tried to charge $30.00 when we have no copay. Why do we have to be there 15 minutes early to check in then have to wait 15 minutes past your appointment time to be called back and another 15 minutes before the doctors comes in.

Dr Shah is an excellent family doctor!! She may not be the most outgoing physician, but she's really good at looking further into test results and symptoms to get answers.

Dr. Shah always took much time during our visit to help me understand my concerns.

doctor order a flu shot and said the nurse would give it to me, which didn't happen. doctor keeps trying to get me to quit smoking which is a habit I 've had for over thirty years and with the stress of my job if I quit it wouldn't be pretty. She won't listen to half of what I say.

I called to get an appt with Dr. Shah because my husband had fallen. Got in within the hour and by afternoon the tests were run as Dr. Shah asked for. The test were negative so everything is fine this time.....

I was unhappy that someone? Ordered refills on all my meds including one that I no longer take. I didn't need refills on anything so I had the hassle of returning it all. I'm not a happy camper

The instructions for the video call were not very good. They didn't say the office would call before the meeting. I got the video up 15 minutes early per instructions but they called after the meeting time to do some paperwork. The pre meeting call should have been in the instructions in my chart so I wouldn't have wasted my time on line waiting.

I have an INR blood draw monthly and I see the nurse not the doctor unless it is a 3 month check up. This doctor and nurse are always nice and respectful to me and I have told several people about the practice.
