Dr Chapman is always Amazing. She takes time with you and explains well.

I feel the addition of MyChart has made a huge improvement in healthcare. Dr. Chapman is excellent at communicating through the app and always responds in a timely manner. There are questions which often occur to me after an office visit which are easily addressed through the app. Before this was available, a phone call and waiting period for a response, or even another office visit were the only means of receiving more information.

Dr. Chapman is awesome. Her staff is also terrific. I did however feel the office is in need of a nurse or other medical staff member to help with blood pressure, temperature, weigh in etc. Basically everything needed before seeing the doctor.

Patients need more time to sit and talk and not feel rushed. My last doctor sat and talked to me about me. I felt special, like I mattered and everything about me mattered. I know under Premier it is about getting in as many patients as possible. I understand everyone has to follow the rules and protocols to make a living.

I drive 35 minutes to see Dr. Chapman. That tells you a lot. The only improvement would be that the appointment reminders also remind me to fast for a blood test during the visit.

Waited a long time to get in for an appointment. Once I was there, I felt rushed the doctor didn't listen and tried to put words in my mouth. Total visit was probably two minutes Barely listened to what I had to say. Shout, completely rushed and a waste of time

Service by Dr. Is thorough. She listens and hears the patient. Fully discusses options and explains what treatment is best at the time and checks if there would be a reason you couldn't proceed with the treatment. Allergies etc. At the end she gives an oral summation of what the diagnosis is and how we are going to treat each part of the diagnosis. Asks any questions!

The ideal example of what a family doctor should be. Dr Chapman listens then explains the course of treatment thoroughly. Dr C has empathy and that is rare these days. That is why I have been treated by her for over 20 years.

Nurse who took my vitals haphazardly took my blood pressure and that's my primary reason for going to get my blood pressure medicine. She also did a poor job of taking my blood, she tried in one arm without first checking both to find the best one. She ended up using both arms. She also laid out all her supplies for taking blood on the empty chair beside me.

Dr Chapman always up on my records and what I need for shots etc and ask if any other new problems with my health she is top notch number one doctor she has her patients concern first if need prescription update just call office voicemail leave message and always respond as quickly as possible

Dr. Chapman is not a preferred provider within my insurance plan but I see her and the staff because it's worth it to me to have the quality and peace of mind that I get.

I was very disappointed with Dr. Chapman's nurse. I have been going to her for over 15 years and have never had that kind of service from any of her nurses. The nurse lacked empathy for the pain that she cause while giving me my shot. If I have to come in contact with her again I will cancel my appt.

Good so far as needed

Dr. Chapman has always been an outstanding physician. She spends time with a patient. All questions are answered if she is questionable of something she seeks other resources and keeps communicating with you as a patient till an answer is found.

While everyone is kind, it would be nice if the MAs would introduce themselves when they get you out if the waiting area. On several occasions, I have had to ask them what there name is. As a former healthcare worker, this is a gesture that patients always appreciate.

Dr Chapman listened to me and acknowledged progress I made in adjusting my food and life habits to lower my triglycerides as I did as well as my other bad cholesterol. I think this is a big deal because I am still a person of size and she didn't just harp on losing weight but rather listened to what I have done and my fear of trying to lose weight because doing that has ultimately caused more weight gain and I don't want to end up even heavier than I am now.

Dr. Chapman was so busy but yet she took the time to write things down for me so I would know what to do. You really need more doctors like her.

Dr. Chapman and staff were very professional and spent a lot of time with me . I had severe reaction and I was wheezing really badly. I received shots , two breathing treatments, samples of med to use at home, which I am grateful for, because all pharmacies were on 2 months reorder time. I received prescriptions and very excellent care. Dr. Chapman was very caring and went above of regular dr visit. She spent two hrs with me and made sure I was doing better leaving the office. All the medications are working and I am getting slowly better. I recommend Dr. Chapman and her staff 100%.

Love Dr.Chapman and staff. Kind, professional, and always want to help. My only complaint is the lack of facility support they get from Premier Health. Furniture, paint, carpet/flooring needs updated. It's rather depressing, especially when I see new buildings going up from Premier and all the big flower displays they do all over town. That would be my biggest complaint and not to refer this Doctor. Not her fault she is excellent but honestly there obviously is no financial backing from Premier and that is disappointing.
