Thorough in correcting previous error in which body part to be x-rayed - not hip but knee. Good explanation of problem (video helpful).

Dr. Klosterman appears to be a very competent and caring physician. He explained the entire procedure that I would be undergoing and shared the timelines and the procedures for scheduling. Very pleasant demeanor.

My experience was borderline positive. My appointment was with Dr. Klosterman, however, the PA was my provider. Had I known this, I wouldn't have made the appointment. Frankly, It was not a good experience.

I saw Dr. Klosterman for the first time which I scheduled online . I was going to be nearly a 2 week wait to see him but I got a call to come in 6 days earlier. I much appreciate that service.

I expected that I would be told that I require knee replacement surgery -- which I did not look forward to -- because my knees are in such bad shape due to arthritis. However, Dr. Klosterman suggested trying a combination of injections and therapy first. It was good to hear that there may still be an alternative to surgery.

Easy to schedule online appointment. However, I was unsure after initial confirmation of appointment date and time online if the appointment time and date stuck since I did not get any follow-up notifications or reminders. That's a good and bad thing depending on how the patient has their phone contact info set up. For example, unless a phone number is in my mobile address book, all calls go to an unanswered, no message folder with no caller ID. I was waiting for an email since I left my email address when I set up the appointment. All the people there in that office are efficient in their jobs, friendly and quite candid (I appreciate all of that) when willing to share small and shop talk with strangers.

I sat in the exam room for 30 minutes waiting for Dr to show up. The Dr who referred me to this Dr did not provide me the correct information.

I was disappointed that the description on the website said sports medicine for Dr Klosterman. While he was very friendly and easy to talk to, he was unable to treat my problem. I let there with a referral to another provider.

Answered my questions and helped me plot the course forward.

They told me they were backed up and there would be a wait, but it really wasn't long at all. This was my first visit and I am just starting treatment so it is really a little soon to ask me questions about how much would I recommend and how satisfied I am. Give me another week or two and I might rate this experience higher.

Probably good Dr but bad bedside manner

First time visit. Felt comfortable and confident in provider.

Dr Klosterman is so very funny and silly and the nurse was awesome as well.

It's bedside manners were horrible. He never even looked at my knee or my other leg. He was very frustrated because there was a new problem created after the surgery and he claims it on something else other than what he did. He walked out the room without helping me. He told me go somewhere else and get another opinion. He wouldn't even listen to what I say. He told me he had other patients to see and I told him I wasn't the cause of him being behind schedule because I have been sitting out there in the lobby for 10 to 15 minutes at least.

Smooth as silk

I would have liked to talk to Dr. Klosterman. I am not clear on my baker's cyst that is swollen but does not have enough fluid to drain. It hurts because I am bending to do things in everyday life, especially when I go over to my mom's to see about her house and tend to her needs.
