dr. is always plasant and listens to what you have to say or ask.

I understand that since COVID, respiratory issues are scary, but how can someone treat someone for a cough when they won't see the patient. I love this office and my doctor, but at the same time, how can I get tested for things such as pneumonia, bronchitis, etc. when I can't see the doctor to do so? I am pretty upset I can't even see my doctor because we want to pick and choose which issues we treat.

Excellent. I had to find a new doctor after 33 yrs. My doctor retired and not looking forward to it. Dr Lauricella is awesome I felt comfortable after the first appt. And would definitely recommend. Also the staff is great.

They schedule your next appointment when you end your current appointment. I did not mind the student observing during my appointment.

Dr. Lauricella and his staff are wonderful. He had a student with him - he introduced her and made sure I was okay with the student being in there. He took time to talk to me about what's going on and the possible outcomes. Made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions.

If the computers are down it makes it hard to go over results of tests so it would have been better to reschedule. Made for a frustrating visit

Dr Lauricella and his staff are always very helpful and do their best to brighten our experience. Dr. Lauricella is our very favorite doctor of all time but getting timely appointments is very difficult. He is extremely busy but he sure spends good time with us when we have an appointment.

My only disappointment was with the phlebotomist. She had to stick me twice, and neither time was in the most obviously available vein. Only one tube was sent for testing, and now I have to go have more blood drawn at Compuserve. I had it done at the Doctor's office to avoid an extra trip.

Dr. Lauricella and his staff always make the visits to the office an actual pleasure in the way they discuss test results, communicate preferred vaccinations & procedures, and relate any general items in reference to my health care. The doctor and his nurses are business like, but always friendly during a visit. They have a great healthcare bedside manner.
