I have been a patient at Trotwood Physicians Center for a number of years. I would not go anywhere else for my primary care! Dr. Bethel has always been open; she does not mince words. She is kind, respectful, and very smart. She provides the information I need to make sound decisions. She orders tests and makes referrals as/when needed. She is my niece's PCP and was also my sister's PCP. We love her!

Clean, friendly environment that is also close to my residence which makes convenient as well.

I love the new look of the office. The decor looks so up-to-date and fresh. Glad to see that premiere took the time out to invest in our community and in our doctors office. Also the staff as usual from the front desk to the check-in nurse to the physician were all great.

She relates to her patient. She listened to him. She understand him? She very kind the one thing that I like about my provider is she don't rush she takes the time to listen to her patient. she very knowledgeable about her feel of medicine and her treatment for her patient.

I appreciate very much the provider. She does not hesitate to communicate very strongly when I do not do at times what I have been instructed to do. She is always straightforward with what I should do to alleviate my ailments after her treatment and instructions.

I appreciate the personal follow-up (phone call) I receive from the doctor or her assistant if the situation calls for it.

I don't know if I would be able to get an appointment as soon as I request it at this time. So far, I have not had the need to schedule an appointment for other than a routine check up.

I was in the room so long waiting to see the Doctor I that I thought I had been forgotten. I got the attention of someone & her response was you haven't been seen yet.

I waited for an hour and a half just got them to tell me to reschedule because the physician "had an emergency" after being told 30 min before that that she was just running late. I'll never come here again after having my time wasted like that.

My provider is exceptional! I wouldn't change her for the world....

Dr. Bethel is the most caring and thorogh doctor I have ever had. She address all of my health issues and has gone above and beyond to make sure I have received the necessary treatment needed. I changed insurance a years back for 6 months and had to see another doctor. It was awful! I would've had her deliver my babies if I could have. She is the greatest doctor I ever had.

They keep canceling my appointments. One appointment they canceled they never took out as canceled and I saying I missed an appointment. Its hard to me appointments on certain days or I scheduled a day off work for an appointment then to have it canceled and a can't get another appointment for months later.
