No complaints thus far ... always professional and courteous...?

I don't know if my description was to the dr.'s satisfaction. My refill of estrogens was not sent to my preferred pharmacy. I confirmed with them. I didn't confirm with the secondary.

I started going to Life Stages before 1980. Had 3 children with them helping. Had granddaughters go to them and saw them deliver my great grandson. Hope to continue the great service. Thank you.

Dr. Harlan has been my OBGYN since my 16yr old son was in my tummy. She's amazing and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. I recommend LifeStages to anyone needing their services.
- 1 out of 5 starsReviewed on 2/20/2024
Dr. Harlan has terrible bedside manner and did not explain to me what she was going to do. She then acted like I inconvenienced her when I chose not to have a cervix exam. This was my first gynecology experience and a compassionate doctor would have been welcome. I did not schedule my original appointment with this doctor. My original appointment was cancelled by this office and rescheduled with this doctor.

Everyone always courteous and friendly. I never have a problem.

My blood pressure was elevated but she didn't ask why or retake it before I left.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 1/25/2024
The doctor was nice she listen to what I had to say and I was nervous when I went in to my appointment because I'm still not used to it. I think I would recommend it to friends and family. I think if its girls first time or there still not used to it that they should pervide fidget toys to play with to help girls get used to the prosses that is being done.

ON THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT, THE DOCTOR I WAS SCHEDULED WITH CALLED OFF DUE TO ILLNESS. I DID NOT SEE THE MESSAGE UNTIL I GOT TO THE OFFICE. DR HARLAN VERY KINDLY AGREED TO SEE ANY PATIENTS THAT SHOWED UP. I WAS VERY THANKFUL. SHE WAS FRIENDLY, KIND AND PROFESSIONAL.

Location was a bit overcrowded. Would like to have visits back at the old Huber Heights location. Travel and parking at this location is also hectic.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 12/27/2023
The staff was very pleasant. I really liked the Doctor. Very pleasant
- 1 out of 5 starsReviewed on 12/20/2023
The provider did not listen to my issue, treated it as the same problem I was in the office for 10 months ago. A lot of things could happen in 10 months with a person's health.

- 2 out of 5 starsReviewed on 9/18/2023
I had some problems with medical transportation and try to acknowledge that I may be late due to the issues with the medical transportation company and I tried to explain this to the provider but she was very curt. No to mention upon the medical insurance supervisor tried calling to reach out to the provider and could not get through to her office after waiting on hold for 7 minutes. There was also issues with my prescription to which I had to return back to the office twice I should have left at 3:00 but I didn't leave until the offices were almost closed. At one point the reception is forgot that I was sitting there waiting on her to let the medical assistant know that I was having trouble with my prescription. The provider I had I experienced her bad attitude years ago and it has not changed.
- 4 out of 5 starsReviewed on 9/11/2023
I felt rushed other then that I think she is usually put together
- 2 out of 5 starsReviewed on 9/10/2023
The provider seem to be in a hurry. Didn't really take her time with me. I was handed a pamphlet but wasn't told what to do. I asked the receptionist and she told me she didn't know. I had to ask her if she could find out for me The check out girl seem to not know what she was doing. Had to ask several times for help. Additional training would be helpful for her. Also her attire was very unprofessional. She had tight leggings on with sandals. On a good note the MA was very professional and helpful. Thank you!
- 3 out of 5 starsReviewed on 9/5/2023
I just wish the doctor took her time talking to me and visiting with me. I was not comfortable at all seeing a gynecologist is hard enough but not to feel comfortable is another. It would've been a lot better if she would've sat with me a little bit longer and asked me questions, I felt weird or visit in an out was like two minutes and I don't think that was proper visit
- 1 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/24/2023
The Doctor was very rushed as if she was to busy to see me. I didn't get a chance to ask any questions, the doctor was in and out in less then 5 minutes.
- 2 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/23/2023
I went in to have one specific test done, they ran 4 different tests and never tested me for what I went in for. Quite upset. I feel like my time and money were wasted.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/23/2023
She is always knowledgeable about what you are addressing with her.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/23/2023
The nurse assistant was very pleasant and relayed my questions to Dr. Harlan. Dr. Harlan was then able to answer my questions before my exam. Also I appreciate that she was on time.
- 1 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/16/2023
I think the Dr Harlan was rude and could have been alittle more patient with me she seemed like she was in too much of a hurry to get me out of there and I still had more questions and concerns that weren't answered
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/15/2023
Dr Harlan was very personable and explained everything well.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/10/2023
Dr Harlan is a compassionate, relatable professional. She explains information very well and is also an excellent listener. What a great asset to the community. I highly recommend her as a provider.
- 1 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/9/2023
Dr. Harlan should be more sensitive when she delivers life changing information to her patients. She should also provide more educational information for her patients when she delivers life changing information. It's not kind to have front desk staff hand a piece of paper to her patients without any explanations, but call them. This experience has been the worse one yet and I've been a patient with Dr.Harlan for a long time.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/7/2023

- 1 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/6/2023
It was not my reg doctor and the doctor I saw was rude. The MA was rude. They had to have ne gone the next day to actually see my doctor. Doctor walked in and walked right back out and said I will let your reg doctor deal by with u Waste of my time

I have been to this group's practice before, but this was my first visit with Dr. Harlan. My only regret is that I didn't connect with her sooner. She is a great fit for me and I appreciate her demeanor and professionalism. My experience was positive.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/1/2023
I absolutely loved the gowns at this facility. Previous places literally gave me a paper sheet or gown to cover with. It was demoralizing and felt shameful and embarrassing to sit bare naked with a thin paper sheet that didn't really cover all the parts. Having an actual gown was so refreshing and soothing it was a shock and literally made me so happy almost had tears in my eyes over it. Thank you for caring about my dignity.

- 1 out of 5 starsReviewed on 7/16/2023
Staff was very rude and the experience wasn't pleasant at all.
- 1 out of 5 starsReviewed on 7/13/2023
I had a very negative experience at this visit. I scheduled an appointment because I had a serious health concern. While there, I was offered an annual exam and Pap smear since I was already there, which I agreed to. When the doctor came in, she performed the Pap smear and annual exam in about 5 minutes and then started walking out of the room, without addressing my original concern for being there. When I stopped her, she said that I should have told her that I needed her to check that. I had already extensively discussed the issue with the medical assistant and it was the reason for my visit so I felt frustrated that I had to force her to address the issue. She spent another couple of minutes examining it, said some words describing what she thought was wrong that I didn't understand, without explaining anything, said she would refer me to a general surgeon and left. She explained nothing about what was going on with me and didn't bother to ask if I had any questions. I left the office feeling scared and knowing nothing more than when I went in. I don't understand what the doctor thinks is going on with me. She didn't offer or suggest any additional testing. She didn't offer an explanation or even pause to allow me to ask. And now I am left not knowing anything and trying to figure out my next steps. I don't feel I received an accurate or thorough evaluation. I don't trust what the doctor said. And I don't feel comfortable making any medical decisions based on my interaction with her.

If I could give Dr. Harlan twenty-five stars I would! She is the kindest, most caring, and down to earth physician I've ever seen.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 7/11/2023
The entire staff was professional and nice. Thanks to all for their understanding and help.
- 3 out of 5 starsReviewed on 7/10/2023
It wasn't bad at all...but it was definitely not personal...but I understand it's a fast moving process I don't feel neglected or anything but I would love a better relationship with my doctor since it's a personal moment for me.

This the first time that when my other Gynecologist gave me a anal examine but this Doctor didn't ask me. I am concerned about this.

I really like Dr.Harlan. She delivered both my kids and there are 10 years apart. She's always been a great doctor and listens when I have questions or concerns.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 6/6/2023
Scheduling When I called to make an appointment, I was told they could not schedule one for over a month. When I went online, I found an appointment only two days out and there were several more within the month. If I had not looked online, I would still be waiting.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 5/31/2023
Dr. Harlan is a very caring and compassionate doctor. Very thorough and took the time to listen to me. I highly recommend her.
- 1 out of 5 starsReviewed on 5/30/2023
She was literally backing out of the room as she entered. She was short and curt. She did not listen to me at all. She was not helpful or pleasant. I wont be going back to Dr. Harlan. I might not go back to Lifestages at all. Very disappointing.

It is odd to say my visit to an OBGYN was great but this visit was a good experience. The receptionist had a nice demeanor as did the rest of the staff. I feel that I can trust this Doctor and her staff.
- 2 out of 5 starsReviewed on 5/11/2023
I felt rushed during this appointment. I could tell by the questions the provider asked, she didnt read through my chart beforehand. She talked over me most of the time. Unfortunately, due to my assigned provider being booked up all the time, I'll have to see this provider again. I'm very frustrated with Premier Networks in general.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 5/10/2023
Dr Harlan's knowledge, care and compassion are a rarity. She is top notch.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 5/10/2023
I'll definitely miss Dr Harlan when she decides to fully retire.
- 4 out of 5 starsReviewed on 5/10/2023
I was a little disappointed. I came in because I wanted to be checked for a possible vaginal yeast infection. My PCP diagnosed me with a fungal infection on my skin. He was treating me for that. I wanted to make sure it had not spread to or came from my vagina. No culture was performed. I think it was miscommunication.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 5/10/2023
I love how everyone was very caring

I'm a little confused about the difference between the first procedure (biopsy), and a 2nd (DNC???), if necessary.
- 1 out of 5 starsReviewed on 4/24/2023
Dr.Harlan was extremely rude and made me feel embarrassed and a fool at my appointment, she had a poor tone and wasted my time . Come to find out she actually delivered a family members child and was the same way back then . Will not be returning to her .
- 4 out of 5 starsReviewed on 4/19/2023
Provider was nice. I did feel somewhat rushed and hurried. She ordered blood work at Compunet but didn't tell me where it was located.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 4/18/2023
This was my first experience with this office & provider. One of the best experiences with a doctor/office I've ever had.
- 4 out of 5 starsReviewed on 4/17/2023
My wait time to see the doctor was over 25 mins, while other patients arriving after me were being seen without delay. I asked if the doctor was running late was told 'you're next'. No apologies. This should be addressed with staff.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 4/17/2023
The doctor was extremely comforting and professional. Everything was explained and options given. My disappointment is because once a procedure was decided upon I was told the scheduler would contact me in 5 to 7 business days. That is excessive and stressful for someone who needs a biopsy.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 4/11/2023
Very professional
- 3 out of 5 starsReviewed on 4/6/2023
This last visit and during my previous visits, Dr. Harlan always felt that she was being rushed going from patient to patient. She told me that she thought my current dosage was fine but I had to tell her that I'm still not impressed with how my current dosage was affecting my health. I had to firmly tell her to increase my dosage because I came to her to see if I can have consistent periods and so far, they are not.
- 2 out of 5 starsReviewed on 4/3/2023
I wasn't really satisfied with the Dr I felt rushed. My blood pressure was high and I mention to the MA would like to have it retaken before leaving but it didn't happen. I sent a message 2 days before my appointment asking to be shown how too do self breast examination because my mother died from breast cancer but the Dr said to continue my yearly mammograms call if I find a lump. I wanted to discuss menopausal symptoms I was concerned about occasional lower abd and pelvic pain and if it could be my ovaries and she did order a pelvic u/s but when I mentioned the vaginal creams side affects that concerned me the MA did explain it is safe before the Dr came in the room the Dr told me it's my choice to use or not that was all and then she left.

I felt like since I was her last client of the day, everything was rushed and I really didn't appreciate that.
