We really appreciate the same day sick appointments. It's hard to see your little ones sick but having the reassurance they will see you same day is very appreciated. Dr. Amy was thorough and took her time with us.

We were a mess that day: late, sibling poo blowout, another sibling hiding in the bathroom to procrastinate getting a flu shot, the baby (aka the only one not getting something done) started crying whenever she saw someone she recognized from her last visit... The receptionists and nurses that take the phone calls are always so kind and helpful. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Amy. Just wonderful. I'm so grateful to have found a warm, helpful, caring, but affirming and factual pediatrician for my kids.

This is the best doctors office I've ever been to, from the office staff, to the MAs, to Dr. Jones, amazing. Attentive, great with kids, reassuring to parents. Efficient and polite I love taking my kids to their appointments.

Dr. Amy Jones and all of her staff are always amazing! They are so friendly and make my kids feel comfortable and ease their fears. The front desk staff is always so nice when they greet you and it's such a breeze getting appointments scheduled. We never have a long wait, I love the ease and quickness of all of my kids' appointments. Would recommend Dr Amy's office to anybody!!

My daughter woke up not feeling good and I was able to call when the office opened and get her in right away. We were seen as soon as we arrived and in and out very quickly. Dr Amy and her nurses and staff were very kind to my daughter (as they always are) and took extra special care because she felt so horrible. Thank you so much for such great care!

My son has been going to Dr. Amy since he was less than a week old, and she has always been wonderful. The entire staff are caring and skilled, and it is always a great experience.

Hands down the best place u can ever go your in and out so so fast. My daughter takes her boys now. I also recommend my sister inlaw to take her boys there she does now. BEST PLACE HANDS DOWN!!! Trust me!!

The wait time was extremely short -- always nice -- and my son, who is very nervous about doctor appointments, was put at ease immediately by the nurse. He was also comfortable with the receptionist and the doctor. I also appreciate being able to complete paperwork online before the appointment so I can pay closer attention to my son while waiting.

We love the entire staff! My children adore everyone they come into contact with. Everyone is so friendly and make each appointment great.

It was our first time in the office. Everyone was very sweet and kind. The receptionist and MA were very friendly. The doctor listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. We didn't have to wait long to be roomed or seen.

Appointment felt rushed. Concerns were not totally explored. Brought a student in and never asked permission. My daughter was having some mental health concerns and was embarrassed to have another person in there. My daughter put that she was having some thoughts of self harm and it was like "here's some mental health resources, have a good day". Not as empathetic as I would have liked with that kind of concern that was unbeknownst to me until the screening result were read.

Dr Amy was very caring and compassionate, she is most certainly a one of a kind and working with children is most certainly what she loves without question. We are happy we found her. My child has very bad anxiety about the doctor, plus a very negative, perhaps traumatic experience with the previous provider. Dr. Amy put my child's mind at ease in such a caring way, and my child is so much less scared of the doctors office now because of her.

Amazing staff upfront- very upbeat and friendly. Dr Amy was able to fit my oldest son in at my younger sons visit at the last minute which was an incredible timesaver for our busy schedule. Although I know her schedule allowed for him to be fit in, it was not lost on me that she didn't even have to offer. Thanks so much!

Everyone in this office from Dr. Jones to the Medical Assistants to the front office is amazing and they are amazing every single visit. They should serve as the model for all other medical offices. They are polite, compassionate, professional, and absolutely excel at their roles. I'm so grateful for everyone who works there. They all make what could be a stressful experience an incredibly enjoyable experience.
