I always appreciate my follow-up visits as they give me reassuring information regarding my current status and future expectations.

Office staff do not answer phone calls as often as they should. I called to reschedule a appointment and had to leave a message. They called me back 27 hours later and put me down as a no show. Very disappointed in scheduling!!

With all that I have been through I thought that having a AAA would have been taken more seriously. I was able to schedule and complete the MRI and CAT scan the very next day, however no call back with the results. We had to read them on MyChart and could not understand the findings.
