Dr. Shrestha listened attentively to all my concerns and answered my questions appropriately. She gave me information about non hormonal medication that can take for menopause. I really enjoyed our visit and got all my questions answered

This was the best doctors visit I have ever been to, the doctor and all of her staff were amazing! I was nervous for the appointment, however when I went in all of the staff made sure to answer all of my questions and explained everything! They never made me feel uncomfortable or dumb for having questions!

Dr. Shrestha was kind, compassionate, gentle and thorough. She provided advice and treatment options that were easy to understand. I can't imagine going to anyone else.

First I know the lady was very knowledgeable. She brought up getting off the patch and I told her at this time I could not do it my son has cancer and it's a lot to deal with. She said well sooner or later you're going to have to get off of them I didn't like her attitude at all. I will request another doctor the next time that I go for a gynecological exam. I'm not saying the lady is wrong but I didn't see the compassion that I saw at other doctors there that I have gone to

I have always been treated well in this practice.

Check-out person needed to smile or be a little more professional, she must have been having a bad day.

Usually I don't complain. But this was rediculous. My arrival time was 8:15 am, they were late opening the doors, the room they put me in wasn't clean, the provider was 10 minutes late and appeared to not have time to address my question's about Genetic testing regarding breast cancer. I am very disappointed in her bedside manners and I am not sure if I will be returning next year.

Doctor was informative and caring. I did not feel rushed out of the office and she showed interest in my concerns.

The girls at the front desk do not appear very professional in their dress or the fact they have fleece blankets wrapped around them. The staff in the back were awesome!

I was overly happy with my visit with her. My recent experience with doctors of various specialties have not been very good as of late, but to my surprise she was very kind, attentive, answered my questions, explained things thoroughly and just all in all what a good doctor should be.

I can only say that every time I come to see the doctor she is always nice and very helpful, she answer my questions and to me she truly cares about my health.

Provider was great , facility not so much. There were ants on the gyno exam table and the floor and floor was dirty

I used the online check in and paid my $40 copay prior to my appointment. When I got to my appointment the receptionist said I wouldn't be charged 40 because it was an annual visit. My card was already charged. She said I would have to contact billing. I spent a couple hours trying to figure out which billing office charged me. None of the three billing offices I called multiple times had any idea. The next day I noticed the charge was removed. Waste of my time. Receptionist should have said if charged it would drop. I will never use online checkin again.

Dr. Shrestha is so personal in her communications. I don't feel like she has a foot out the door, but sits and listens to my answers. She asks very good questions and always checks on my personal life, besides my health concerns. I recommended her to my daughter, who is also a happy patient now!

I've never been cared for like this before. The staff but even the Dr she is the best!!!! Truly amazing! I wish I found this practice years ago.
