I was relieved to have a follow-up plan after imaging and steroids for my knee pain if no improvement from the steroid. Dr Linn contacted me with imaging results.

Dr Linn is an excellent and amazing physician. Highly recommended. He is very intelligent, kind, caring, and compassionate. He is very successful at managing my health problems and my parents health problems. He is a great listener, and he is great at explaining the situation. He is very proactive to handle all medical issues. He always helps you immediately with 0 wait time. This doctor remains available to help his patients any day of the week and at pretty much any hour. Dr Linn is the best doctor I have had.

Everything was great, but being new here, I expected that blood would be drawn at the time of the appointment rather than just ordered for a future date. That's fine, but would have been good to know prior to the day of.

When you phone it says to use MyChart which I did and it said response in 48 hours..well this time I had to call after the 48 hours to see whats up. I got in right away with my new primary doctor (who didn't see me 2 weeks prior). I really liked him and am glad he has listened to me and followed up with many tests and blood work. Our bodies need to be treated like our cars, when something isn't right something isn't right. I appreciate Dr. Linn.

I don't like the fact that he doesn't have a nurse for his office that works only with him instead of a floating nurse. The patient has no one to address problems to between visits. It seems very impersonal and unprofessional. I am also aware Premier Health is doing all kind of things for the bottom line and are losing patients and staff because of it.

Dr. Linn is simply the best.

Getting a call to the Doctor is practically impossible! Getting the phone answered. To be honest, I am totally feed up !!! If I could find a place close by I would move to get better service.

I like to see a more one on one time if need be with at Patients expense they have them in California my friend said said it's nice just in case you have a question .he get so many phone calls during time .I forgot the name .and not all Patience use it or opt in . But should be a Option. If possible.

Dr Linn is very good and has sent me to specialists when necessary with excellent results. With his guidance I've resolved longstanding issues with allergic asthma and other things.

Dr. Linn and his staff are always a pleasure. The front desk staff are not welcoming. They look at you when you walk in and wait for you to pick one of them to ask for assistance. The only person who even said hello was a lady that I recognized from another office. Not a good look for that office.

The physician and his personal staff are great. Premier's process not so much. Change the phone and address stuff for Needmore family care. I called four times going to my appt to find out where they are and always got the recording of they were with paients and to leave a message and then the box is full. I had to stop and look it up causing me to be late for my appt. Thankfully Dr. Linn is awesome and still saw me. Fix it. I can't be the only one who has made this complaint since they were moved to Vandalia.

On phone calls, option 3 is talk to the receptionist, then it says they are busy so leave a message, then it tells you the mail box is full. This has happened 3 times. So apparently the only way to get a appointment is to get online on my chart . The phone is useless.

Dr. Linn is wonderful...a breath of fresh air compared to what is out there! The same for the reception desk people. The nurse that took my vitals was great also.

I love the new office location. More convenient and feels much safer there. The old location was in a scary location and the first time I was there a threatening person was being removed from the waiting room by the police! I hope they stay at the new location.
