The nurses and doctors are very attentive and respectful. I feel very comfortable with them and my questions are always answered. Very professional!

The receptionist made me feel so welcome. I recently had a visit with another Dr (completely unrelated to this practice)and was never greeted and had to wait for the 2 receptionist to complain about something (while eating) before I received a hello. This made me realize how special this group is. I also appreciate the bathrooms being in the lobby and not behind a locked door?. Wonderful staff that cares about me.

The staff here is amazing!! I love Lisa Mix, she's the absolute best. It's so nice when you come in to have a kind person at the front desk that smiles and is happy to help- you don't see that much anymore!

Felt like midwife was in a rush

Everyone was awesome, but I am not sure when the prescription is to be sent to me, or if I should call the hospital instead or Midwives again or.....????

Lisa is the best. Hopefully Premier realizes the gem they have in her as a provider.

I was really disappointed with my care. Lisa walked into the room and the first thing from her mouth was "you don't belong here". I can appreciate when a practitioner admits a lack of knowledge or that my case is more complex than they can treat, but that should have come AFTER asking me questions and making me feel seen and heard. My biggest concern for coming in was totally dismissed, despite trying to bring it up several times. She did not offer to run any labs, in fact she accepted labs that were 2 years old as still relevant to my care. My after care notes on MyChart noted that we talked about things that were never mentioned to me, which was also off putting. She then started my physical exam with zero warning. I was never told "next I'm going to..." or anything to let me know what she was doing or looking for. Again, was very off putting with this being our first encounter. Her only solution was to tell me to read a book about blood sugar (which I had before and implemented the info presented, but again, she didn't know because she never asked me questions about my health history or experience). I really wanted this to be a good experience, but I left in tears after the way I was treated. I expected to have someone ask me why I came, what I wanted out of the visit, what care I've previously had... not to be immediately told I don't belong.

love this group! I've been seeing these doctors since I was pregnant with my first baby 9 years ago and I'm so happy I get to see them for this pregnancy too. They are all so kind and always make me and my husband feel cared for

I enjoy this office, but the wait times to see the provider can be long. Today we had the first appointment and still had to wait a half hour before we were seen. This is common.

The nurse was pleasant and thorough. Lisa is a great listener and helped me make choices for the next steps in my care.

Lisa really listened to me, which I appreciate. She offered suggestions and help that made sense and that I could seek out. She offered tests to check to see what my issues are.

The appointment was only about 5 minutes or less. The midwife assumed that I knew what to do at each step of the appointment rather than explaining and asking me to do tasks like lower my clothes to allow for Doppler of the fetal heart rate. Overall I would have like L&D to spend more time with the midwife and received more education on pregnancy health promotion and childbirth preparation.

Lisa is great. She is knowledgeable and leaves her patients feeling comfortable. I highly recommend the entire practice.

MOA was great. Felt the provider did not do a thorough exam. When I read the assessment of heart, lungs, etc I was concerned because she did not listen to my heart, lungs, etc. I felt she was in a hurry, I waited for at least 30 minutes for her to come in exam room once I was put in room.

My appointment was at 0730 and I received a voicemail and text message to arrive 15 minutes early. The doors were locked and nobody let me in until 0746. The receptionist that was late and the nurse rooming me also told me that the provider wasn't there yet either. She didn't show up until 0755. I was late to work. I had to advocate for myself in my appt as well. I love the doctors at this office but had a terrible experience with this provider.

I might not recommend this medical facility because I was called back into my room, checked in, and sitting waiting (with no pants on and just a paper sheet over me) for 40 minutes with no one coming to say anything to me. I started making noises banging on things to see how long it would take them to check in. It was very frustrating.

Lisa is very professional with an appropriate personal touch. I have been with her for 20 plus years. I have referred friends to her as well!

Really good 12 week appointment!

We waited 30 minutes in the room for the dr to be in the room for less than 5 minutes. It felt very rushed. While this is my second pregnancy and I don't always have a lot of questions. Oh, it's still nice to get some guidance or what to expect in the next few weeks etc. she came in took the babies heartbeat asked one question about my past history said everything looks good we will see you in four weeks and that was it.

Lisa was very knowledgeable about my health problems. She listened and made me feel understood.

She did not look at the correct chart before entering the room, and didn't bother to get it after realizing the mistake. Had zero information about my pregnancy. Was very short, spent 2 minutes in the room.

I really liked Dr. Mix! I have had a great experience meeting each of the midwives and know I am in good hands with any of them.

I am so grateful for the care I receive every time I visit Women's Health Specialists and Midwives. I am greeted warmly and never rushed. During my examinations I am heard and all my questions are answered. I send my thanks to Lisa Mix and the staff.

I've been seeing Lisa Mix since over 17 years and she has always been kind, understanding, knowledgeable and generous with her time. I highly recommend her for anyone who wants to see a midwife.

The wait times are absurd. More than 30 minutes waiting in a room. Give providers more time per patient. My time is just as valuable as yours. Big reason I wouldn't recommend the office. Some days I have to bring my young child with me to an appointment and it is ridiculous the wait times. I have almost walked out, TWICE.
