In my opinion I have a wonderful Doctor. He is very caring and understanding. I would recommend him to anyone.

As a nurse I know the symptoms I'm having are not normal,especially for myself, as I know my body better than anyone. Chest pain/pressure that radiates, SOB, dizziness, numbness in the hands, and a resting HR of up to 146 is not normal at any age. Dr. Usmani listened to me and all my concerns. I didn't feel like I was being blown off or pushed to the side because of my age and overall health like I did with a previous provider. I truly felt heard and that my symptoms/concerns matter.

Dr. Usmani always explains things to me in a way that I can understand it. I never feel like I am being rushed because he is busy. I trust Dr. Usmani which is huge!

I did not feel I was listened to at this appointment. Dr. Was on computer or recording information the whole time seldom made eye contact. I felt invisible. Then ubruptly got up left the room saying turn left then right to exit. I really could have stayed home to do this visit. Really disappointed in the care I was given.

Dr. Usmani is very thorough and kind. I made him aware that I am somewhat hearing impaired and he was very thoughtful and made sure I could hear him clearly. He explained everything to me about my results of test and ordered blood work and told me when I should come back to see him. He is a great doctor. I highly recommend him to anyone

Unlike some doctors today, Dr. Usmani listens to what you are saying, then takes the time to explain what he wants to do and why. He's friendly and makes you feel comfortable. The lobby staff is, also, friendly and professional.

They are quick, efficient, and direct! That's all anyone can expect from a medical provider.

All was well, EXCEPT their computer system which pretty much shut down their capacity to conduct appointments & medical care. Ground things to a halt for an indefinite period of time. People had to leave and call back to see if the system was back up or not, etc. Thankfully, the receptionist and Dr. Usmani determined they could see me for my need and enter the data into their computer system later when it would come back up. That was much appreciated because I had come from 30 miles away for the appointment, a necessary precursor to an upcoming scheduled surgery. So, kudos for Dr. Usmani and his staff for their very helpful treatment of the situation! (I'm still wondering how long it took for the computer system to come back up. One staff person said this happens 'quite frequently'! Such an inconvenience for patients and staff alike! Sounds like Premier needs to pony up for an upgraded and improved computer system!!)

I would like to have had more explanation of what was going to be done besides the test. He didn't ask me if this was what I wanted to have done, He more or less just told me. I like to have a conversation about what is going to be done. I am going to follow thru but I want more input.

Dr Usmani is always attentive to my need and give clear guidance for me to follow.

I needed to schedule a 6 month follow up but the doctor's calendar was only open for scheduling appointments for the next 60 days. I have to call in four months to schedule. I am likely to miss that date.

The doctor spends too much time worrying and focused on dictating his notes or thoughts during the appointment. I felt that I was interrupting or intruding in his dictation. Very little eye contact. I believe that he is very knowledgeable but it appears to me that he needs to focus more on patients and his bed side manner (ie engaging with the patients)

Everyone makes you feel comfortable, everyone is courteous. Nobody makes you feel like you're nothing. Everyone lets you know that you matter.
