Exceptionally long wait time in exam room after nurse left. Unusual experience

I've been struggling for years with different providers. Dr.Crouch was straight forward, attentive, respectful, and knowledgeable. I was emotional from the relief I felt to have someone listen to me and take my situation seriously. Highly recommend!

Everything went pretty well. One slight thing which is easy to do better. Otherwise, all went well.

If it wasn't for dr crouch figuring out what was wrong me 5 yrs ago I wouldn't have my kids today I have 3 beautiful children

Dr. Crouch was extremely patient, kind, and thorough during my appointment in which I had a lot of questions. He remained transparent, calm, and positive. It was an excellent experience and made me feel much more comfortable with my situation.

I had to wait in the room for 45 minutes past my appointment time before I was seen by the doctor, but otherwise he was great and answered all of my questions.

Dr. Crouch was very professional and put me at ease. He was also very knowledgeable and easy to talk with.

This experience brought me so much peace and clarity in my symptoms. I really enjoyed how they didn't just push birth control. But instead gave many options! Thanks again.

This was my first visit in a few years. I was able to easily schedule a visit through MyChart and get an appointment in a relatively short timeframe. During the visit I did have to wait about 40 minutes to be seen between when the nurse initially took me back and took my information and when the doctor arrived.

Dr crouch is amazing. He was genuinely happy for us because we had struggled with infertility for awhile. Dr crouch has been there with us through the whole ordeal. He answered all of our questions and was just awesome. I love seeing him and I really hope he's the one to deliver this baby (:

Overall my experience was a good one. all of the staff were very kind and I felt like my provider listened to me and offered good input. I left feeling positive about our conversation. My only negative was the time it took for me to be seen. My appointment was at 3:30 and I was not taken back until nearly 4:30. I understand that sometimes offices get behind, but there was no mention of that when I arrived. Once I was back I was seen quickly, however, I had planned my day around this appointment and did not feel that my time was very respected.

Loved everyone was so nice and helpful will definitely be back!

Dr. Crouch is an amazing doctor and I have been with this practice for several years. This experience was a little different I was told a student was going to come in with him. She did come in about an hour after my appointment time.. to ask questions then he came back in with her. I was not aware she would be doing my exam. It was the worst exam I have ever had!! Wish I was told in advance she would be doing it so I could ask for Dr. Crouch to do it.

Check in should be more private. Genetic testing was discussed with me in front of an entire waiting room of people??

Dr. Crouch was very kind, very attentive and a great listener. I was very comfortable in his care. This office is always amazing. I have referred many family and friends over the years.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Crouch. You could tell he really cared, listened to my concerns and explained everything in ways I could understand. He provided great service and I glad to be under his medical care.

Dr. Crouch was wonderful. He listened to me, took me seriously, and gave me some new options for treatment and explained the advantages and side effects of each and helped me feel like I might have some control over the endo again.

Very nice and professional people there. But I haven't heard from anyone after 5 days about scheduling my procedure.

Dr. Crouch is always amazing. I'm planning a home birth and he's always so supportive of that. He takes his time with me and explains everything in detail. I left feeling good about our decisions and extra piece of mind from him.

Great experience, great provider and staff. I did have a long wait time this visit, in the past I haven't had to wait this long, so I'm hopeful in the future I won't either, I understand things/emergencies happen. Waited 1 hour and 45 minutes past my scheduled time to be seen for reference.

Dr. Crouch seriously went above and beyond in explaining things to me and coming up with a plan that helped ease my anxiety. While I am not trying to be a difficult patient, my anxiety about my uterus has proved to be very difficult. He didn't act condescending when I showed him the studies I read but calmly explained them. He didn't ignore my concerns or treat me like I was dumb, but rather a collaborater. Due to some medical traumas, I struggle to trust doctors, especially with this baby... but Dr. Crouch by his attentiveness, knowledge, reassurance, and authentic care had really rebuilt a lot of trust. He is remarkable.

I saw Dr. Crouch for a non stress test as I am overdue. He sat down and took time to ask how I was really doing physically and specifically how my mental health was. That meant a lot to me to have a provider ask about mental health as that is something I have really struggled with this pregnancy, especially the last month.

Dr. Crouch was very encouraging and calmed concerns that I'd had. He was knowledgeable and very positive.

I have never had a doctor sit down and listen to me like Dr. Crouch did. He didn't look at a computer at all, but he just listened and answered all my questions and talked to me for probably 30-45 minutes. I have never felt so cared for by a doctor!!

Whole office very professional and friendly...Doctor very knowledgeable and takes time to explain all health problems and questions and works with pharmacy to get meds . Also addresses health fears like my cancer scare ( Ive lost a lot of family to cancer ...two just this winter ) . I trust Dr Crouch with my health completely. Everyone in this office is also very nice, smart, and helpful .

Dr. Crouch continues to be fantastic, as are the other doctors here. The nurse was kind and the ladies at the desk were great as well. Wait time from waiting room to exam room was pretty short but I did have to wait quite a long time for the doctor to come in, which was a bit anxiety-inducing for a previous loss parent awaiting ultrasound for a new pregnancy. Perhaps a suggestion may be to have someone check in periodically prior to the doctor coming in. Not much can be done for wait times, I prefer the doctors give each patient the time they deserve!!
