I was relieved when I was able to get in to see Sara Marietta within a day after I called. She is so easy to talk to and is very knowledgeable. She suggested a second lab test after I finish the scrip she wrote for me, just to make sure I was rid of the infection. So kind, creative, and forward thinking. I appreciate this practice very, very much.

First time at Hyatt Family Center and was very satisfied with the staff and provider. Everything was fully explained and I received a phone call regarding the lab work done. Huge improvement from the last provider at Beavercreek Family Practice where I had gone for approximately 15 years.

This was my first visit back to this location in a few years. The previous nurse practioner I saw has moved on. I was very impressed with the time that Sara took with me to go over my annual bloodwork very thoroughly and make me comfortable in the results and my care going forward. She also helped me with a specialist referral. I definitely feel comfortable in continuing my care with Sara and at the Tipp City location.

Sara is a very knowledgeable and professional practitioner, with the human touch!

This facility checks off everything a real person is able to do to make an appointment go smoothly. On the other hand, I found the commuter reminders a bit over the top.

All is good, except our usual Walgreens and Vandalia's Rite Aid do not have the prescribed medications. So here we are 52-hours later, hung out to dry.

Excellent care from front desk upon arrival through departure. Sara listened and asked questions concerning my health and offered suggestions for health improvement. Bloodwork was ordered, prescriptions called into pharmacy and visit notes obtained. I was in and out with minimal wait time. ??

This was a telephone FaceTime call. My reg Dr was off so I didn't know Sara well enough to decide. She seemed very thorough and gave me great advice and called in prescriptions. Sorry to say it wasn't sinus infection it was covid.

I can't answer for anyone else, but I always look forward to visiting Hyatt Health Sara establishes a warm rapport with her patients. She is gold.
